Welcome!
The land of maple crest belonged to a farm owned by the Johnson family, from land granted to them in 1670. Through war and revolution the family prospered in their farm in the countryside of New York. That was until the industrial revolution hit, and the Johnson's could not keep up with the farming industry. They sold their land and moved to the city. It passed hands for nearly a hundred years. Many sought to donate it as reservation land, claiming it was a historical landmark. Others wished to develop it, everything the Johnson's would not of wanted. In 2017 it was bought from the Grey family, who sought to bring it back to its original purpose. The land, now named Maple Crest, has become a prospering horse farm. It focuses mainly on hunters and jumpers. Take a walk around, enjoy the cold air, and take a stroll through the woods.
